My Goal: I, Bethies pledge my commitment to reach my goal. My goals are:

  1. I have a goal to lose 20 lbs by May 1, 2010. Thats just a start on getting back to a healthier weight after having a baby in 2008.
  2. I rejoined weight watchers and my goal is to attend the meetings weekly. From past experience I realize that I cannot do it without these meetings. They help me be accountable.
  3. I have started back at the gym and my goal is an aerobics class 2 times a week. On the days I am not at the gym my goal is to get in activity most of those days by taking my dog for at least 30 minutes of walking.
