I obtained my B.A. in Social Development Studies and a certificate in social work from the University of Waterloo. From there I gained valuable experience working in the field of social work and volunteering as a support group discussion leader.  Then, after finishing my post graduate in Workplace Wellness and Health Promotion I began working for Evolution Health as a Health Educator.  I am now going back to school to become a Life Coach to further help support the members of this forum.  I love what I do here and genuinely care for all members of the forums.  I have a strong interest in mental health and strive to help individuals in need.
