Welcome Mac,

Congrats on taking some steps to get healthy. It sounds like you have a healthy perspective on weight loss. It also sounds like snacking is interfering with your ability to reach your goals. What strategies have you tried to control this behaviour?

Hi.  I'm Mac and I have just joined Ceridian Healthy Weight. I've struggled with my weight since the age of 7 and so, like some, or perhaps most of you, have tried a variety of things to try to lose weight and keep it off.
My biggest challenge is the evening. Seems simple just to keep busy with other things and yet, even with the best of intentions, I seem to drift back into snacking.
When I was younger, I wanted to look great so that people would accept me.  Now, I don't worry about that sort of thing anymore (one advantage time can bring), I just want to feel more comfortable and have better physical endurance so that I can enjoy life to the fullest.
Anyone out there who can relate?
