Hi armorchick,

Sounds like you have been quite busy... 7 days straight of work! Yikes, tiring I bet! At least you are making $. What will you be doing on your holidays???

Why did you start drinking coffee again? Too tired?

You're doing well, ArmorChick. Our weight often bounces within a range of a few pounds.

Okay here I am back to my accountability corner.

Worked 7 days straight this week….yesterday I think I napped on and off all day lol. Today I’ve been scrubbing the house from top to bottom and getting ahead with the laundry.

I really can’t wait for my holidays!!!!

Yes working in a department store is certainly a big plus for me. If I don’t take time to go walk the dog after work at least I don’t feel that guilty since I know I’ve been walking like crazy at work.

I’ve loving the resistance bands the “yellow” ones are so much easier to do. The blue double bands were just impossible to work out with. Well some exercises I could do but some were just impossible to do.

I went shopping with my daughter the other day and we just couldn’t find a yellow itsy bikini so I ended up buying myself a black bikini top to go with the other black bottom I already have. Now I’m just waiting for the sun to shine!

P.S

I’ve started drinking coffee again (2 cream 1 sugar) and I’m now at 129 lb.

I’m still at a healthy weight for my height BUT I can feel the cream and sugar going to my thighs and belly area.

That's great armorchick, I might just have to get myself a job at a big store! haha

The resistance tubes have been good eh? Do you feel the muscles working with them? Are they easy to use?

It’s all in a days work lol - I walk, walk, walk.

I work in a big department store and I’m on my feet all day. Walking here…walking there…taking the stairs to the main floor and the stairs to the second level and so on and so forth. It’s just amazing how many steps I do take in a day and how many stairs I go up and down.

That was my steps I calculated at my work/ Imagine how many steps I take at work plus the steps I take when we go walk the dog!!

Love the resistance tubes…these are the single ones and much, much easier to do.

Weigh in: 126.4

I have ever only reached 8000 and that was running around until 11pm at night!

Holy Moly Armorchick,

15 125 steps that is great!!!!! I think they tell people to try for 10000, so you are right on track! I am glad you purchased those resistance tubings, let me know how they are! I know that you can do tonssss of exercises with them, i'm thinking about getting some for myself.

Keep your chin up, check in soon... I've been MIA too for a bit!

I found the same problem..my exercise is all over the board..i really have to include it into my day as part of day as armorchick suggested, then the calories may be more accurate.  For now I will try the 1700 and see what it does...hopefully something!

Good luck

You know, Juicy, 1700 was about the number of calories calculated for me too. What is difficult to input is the amount of exercise, because I do not exercise everyday. I exercise really intensely 3-4 days a week for a total of about 7 hours, and then I do relatively light things around the house--cleaning and shopping mostly--for about 4-6 hours a week only, and only on days when I'm not at the gym. Well, it's insightful, because I always assumed that I could at 1800 calories, and I was figuring that with all of the exercise I now get that I could do 1900 and not gain weight.

Okay well here I am in my accountable corner…

Today I’ve hooked up my pedometer before leaving for work and these are the results.

Steps:  15 125

Distance: 6.29 mile

Calories: 500.50

Today I’ve also purchased myself some more resistance tubing. The one I have right now are double tubing and the exercises were almost impossible to do. The are

The box says:

·          Tones abdominals

·          Shapes arms and shulders

·          Trims and slims legs

·          Firms buttocks

·          Builds muscle without bulk

It also comes with a Fintess Guide. With these Pilates resistance tubing I can do some:

·          Lateral raises

·          Seated Row

·          Hip extension

·          Boxing

·          Tricep extension

·          Inner thigh stretch and so much more.

Well I know that the bands/tubing won’t do the work onthere own so I’ll have to get cracking!

Hi Josie,

Yes it sounds familiar and it’s true. I do need to make it part of my everyday life make it my routine. I simply need to get a grip on the PMS. For me it’s like a roller coaster of emotions and food cravings but you know when you think about it even though I can’t seem to control my mood swings and all I should be able to control my food cravings and use self positive talk and listen to the inner voice that says stick to the good food and turn away from the junk food.

The thing is I do know better. It’s when things are hard that we need to stick with it and persevere. I’ve quit smoking I know this!!!!! It’s when we persevere and stick with the plan that we see results!

Keeping my chin up!

You know, I actually have to lose about 20 pounds to wear a smaller size. Every 20 pounds equals a size change for me.
